New assistant winemaker at William Chris

Hye, Texas—Tony Offill is the new assistant winemaker at William Chris Vineyards. Offill brings five years of winemaking experience to the position having completed harvests in the Texas Hill Country and Texas High Plains and apprenticed with mentors from McPhereson Cellars and Compass Rose Cellars. In his new role, Offill will work with Chris Brundrett, co-founder of William Chris Vineyards.
